Receptionist (Full Time)
Responsible for all incoming telephone calls to the corporate office and greeting all visitors.

Job Duties:
- Answer and distribute all incoming telephone calls to appropriate personnel
- Greet all visitors/guests and direct to appropriate personnel
- Handle the organization and distribution of company mail.
- Maintain housekeeping of lobby and conference rooms
- Process all incoming and outgoing office shipments (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.)
- Maintain office Google calendars and coordinate meeting room bookings.
- Assist other departments with administrative tasks as requested.
- Perform general clerical duties, including filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
- Monitor inventory levels and order office supplies to keep the front desk and common areas organized and fully stocked.
- Any and all other duties assigned by management
Qualifications & Education Requirements:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- 2-3 years related experience and/or training.
- Intermediate experience using a computer.
- Intermediate experience using software programs, including Microsoft and Google.
- Ability to speak effectively to customers or employees of the organization.
