What You'll Do: 
  • Greet and assist prospective and current residents, family members, and visitors
  • Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct inquiries to the appropriate department
  • Deliver flyers, mail, and packages, and provide support to vendors
  • Assist residents with daily inquiries and routine needs
  • Support Ruth’s House staff with various tasks as needed
What You'll Need:
  • High school diploma or equivalent 
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
  • Proficiency with computers and common software applications
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and following instructions in English
  • Basic knowledge of computers, applications, and office equipment
