Job Summary

The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for LV Petroleum’s corporate headquarters, representing the company with professionalism and a positive attitude. This role provides essential administrative support to ensure smooth daily office operations while contributing to a welcoming and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented energy company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors, vendors, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls; take accurate messages and follow up as needed.
  • Manage the front desk area, maintain a clean and organized reception environment.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries (including coordination with couriers).
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, conference rooms, and company events.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments (filing, data entry, scanning, copying).
  • Maintain office supply inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Assist with visitor badging, parking coordination, and security protocols.
  • Support HR with new hire orientation logistics and employee events.
  • Perform other clerical and administrative duties as assigned by the Office Manager.
