Receptionist
Location: Manderley Healthcare Center – Osgood, IN
Manderley Healthcare Center is seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to join our skilled nursing facility in Osgood, IN.
The primary purpose of the Receptionist is to answer phones, greet residents, families, and visitors, and schedule appointments in a professional and timely manner. This position is also responsible for a variety of administrative duties, including filing, maintaining office equipment, organizing employee files, and ordering office supplies.
Shift
Full-Time
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Responsibilities
Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
Welcome residents, families, visitors, vendors, and staff.
Schedule appointments and assist with transportation coordination as needed.
Maintain accurate filing systems and employee records.
Order and monitor office supplies and maintain inventory.
Ensure copiers and other office equipment are properly maintained and serviced.
Assist with general clerical and administrative tasks.
Maintain confidentiality of resident and employee information.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Excellent computer skills required.
Previous receptionist, administrative assistant, or office experience preferred.
Strong communication and customer service skills required.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting is preferred.
