Receptionist

Location: Manderley Healthcare Center – Osgood, IN

Manderley Healthcare Center is seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to join our skilled nursing facility in Osgood, IN.

The primary purpose of the Receptionist is to answer phones, greet residents, families, and visitors, and schedule appointments in a professional and timely manner. This position is also responsible for a variety of administrative duties, including filing, maintaining office equipment, organizing employee files, and ordering office supplies.

Shift

  • Full-Time

  • Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner.

  • Welcome residents, families, visitors, vendors, and staff.

  • Schedule appointments and assist with transportation coordination as needed.

  • Maintain accurate filing systems and employee records.

  • Order and monitor office supplies and maintain inventory.

  • Ensure copiers and other office equipment are properly maintained and serviced.

  • Assist with general clerical and administrative tasks.

  • Maintain confidentiality of resident and employee information.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Excellent computer skills required.

  • Previous receptionist, administrative assistant, or office experience preferred.

  • Strong communication and customer service skills required.

  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting is preferred.
