Job Description

Job Summary 

The Receptionist is responsible for managing the front desk of the law office and providing administrative support to company staff. This role serves as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring professional communication, efficient scheduling, and accurate handling of incoming calls, documents, and correspondence. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

Front Desk & Client Service 

Greet clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner. 

Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls. 

Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area. 

Schedule client consultations and appointments. 

Coordinate meeting rooms for attorneys and staff. 

Administrative Support 

Scan, copy, and file documents as needed. 

Prepare outgoing mail and process incoming mail and deliveries. 

Communicate with clients regarding appointments and document requests. 

Handle basic client inquiries and route complex issues to appropriate staff. 

Office Operations 

Maintain office supplies and order materials when needed. 

Ensure confidentiality of client information and legal documents. 

 

Requirements 

High school diploma or equivalent required. 

Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred. 

Strong communication and customer service skills. 

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel). 

Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism. 

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. 

Bilingual abilities (English, Armenian, Russian). 

 

Job Type: Full-time
