Receptionist
Job Summary:
McMurray Hills Rehabilitation and Healthcare, a reputable healthcare provider, is seeking a skilled and friendly Receptionist to join our team on a PART_TIME basis. As the first point of contact for our patients, families, and staff, you will play a vital role in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities:
Answering phones, responding to inquiries, and directing calls to the appropriate parties
Greeting all visitors, including patients, families, and staff members, and providing assistance as needed
Conducting tours for potential admissions and answering questions about our services
Assisting the Administrative Assistant with various administrative tasks and projects as needed
14 hours per week, shifts Weekdays 5p-9p, Weekends 9a-3p, 3p-9p
Requirements:
0 years of experience in a healthcare setting or a related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
