Receptionist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team at Meadowview Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, where your quality of life means everything. As the first point of contact for our patients, families, and visitors, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Receptionist Responsibilities:

• Greet patients, families, and visitors, and direct them to the appropriate areas of the facility

• Answer and direct phone calls, and respond to routine inquiries

• Manage and maintain accurate records, including patient charts and facility logs

• Provide administrative support to the administrative team, including scheduling appointments and meetings

• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, including the waiting room and administrative offices

• Assist with mail and package delivery, and maintain accurate records of mail and package tracking

• Perform additional administrative tasks as needed, including data entry and filing

Receptionist Requirements:

• Prior experience in a healthcare setting (training provided)

• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect patient privacy
