Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

• Assume switchboard/phone system responsibilities,
• Greet residents, families, visitors, volunteers, auxiliary and staff.
• Monitors lobby entrance and completes general office responsibilities while ensuring a safe environment.
• Other duties as assigned by Business Office

Qualifications:

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Prior experience as a receptionist
• Prior experience in Long-Term Care/Healthcare is preferred

Minimum Requirements:

• Written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to respect all members of the healthcare team
• Solid work history with excellent attendance and punctuality and
• Patience, understanding and compassion for those requiring our care.
