The Part-Time Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for customers, visitors, and employees. This role is responsible for providing a welcoming and professional experience while efficiently managing front desk operations, phone systems, and administrative support.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist all visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and accurately
- Manage front desk area to ensure it remains organized and presentable
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, phone systems)

- Part-time hours Mon-Fri 3:30-7, Sat 8-5
