Receptionist

Location: Premier at Perry Village – New Bloomfield, PA

Premier at Perry Village is seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our team in New Bloomfield, PA.

The primary purpose of the Receptionist is to answer phones, greet residents, visitors, and guests, and schedule appointments in a professional and timely manner.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and professionally

  • Welcome residents, visitors, vendors, and guests

  • Schedule appointments and assist with administrative tasks as assigned

  • Maintain a professional and organized reception area

  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and staff

  • Assist with clerical duties, including filing, copying, and data entry as needed

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Excellent computer skills required

  • Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, or medical records role preferred

  • Strong communication and customer service skills required

  • COVID-19 vaccination required unless an approved exemption is presented upon hire
