Job Description

Location: Graham NC
Schedule: Part-Time (15–20 hours/week, primarily afternoons)

We’re looking for a dependable, professional, and personable receptionist to support our front office operations. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and callers while helping keep the office organized and running smoothly. If you’re detail-oriented, enjoy variety in your day, and like working with people, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Administrative Support:

  • Greet visitors and provide a professional, welcoming experience 
  • Answer and route calls using a multi-line phone system; take accurate messages 
  • Schedule meetings and manage conference room calendars 
  • Perform general office tasks including filing, scanning, printing, and document preparation 
  • Enter and maintain data in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook) 
  • Assist with organizing and maintaining QA and compliance documentation 
  • Prepare and bind materials such as training manuals
  • Maintain Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and internal records 
  • Provide support to multiple departments as needed 

Office & Event Support:

  • Order and track office supplies 
  • Create badges and laminated materials (new hires, DOT cards, etc.) 
  • Open/close front office and maintain clean, organized common areas 
  • Support company events and initiatives in partnership with HR, Marketing, QA teams

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of administrative or office experience 
  • Experience managing a multi-line phone system 
  • Strong customer service and communication skills 
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail 
  • Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Reliable, professional, and self-motivated 
  • High school diploma or GED required 

Work Environment & Schedule

  • Office-based position 
  • Part-time, 15–20 hours per week 
  • Primarily afternoon hours with occasional morning coverage
