Revive Pilates Studio is seeking a polished, reliable, and client-focused Studio Receptionist to join our growing team.
This is not just a front desk position — this role sets the tone for the entire studio experience. You are the first and last impression of Revive. We are looking for someone who is warm yet professional, organized yet personable, and capable of managing details while maintaining a calm, elevated presence.

Responsibilities
- Greet and check in clients with warmth and efficiency
- Manage class bookings and client accounts through our POS system
- Answer emails, texts, and DMs in a timely, professional manner
- Support light sales (memberships, retail, intro offers)
- Maintain cleanliness and studio presentation throughout shift
- Assist instructors with class transitions and client flow
- Support basic social media posting and engagement
- Help with studio events, promotions, and occasional admin tasks

- Professional appearance and strong communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Confident handling client questions and resolving minor concerns
- Tech-comfortable (booking systems, email, social media)
- Self-starter who takes ownership of their role
- Available for early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends
