At Smitty's Tree Service Inc., we are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Office Receptionist to join our team on a full-time basis. As the first point of contact for our company, the Office Receptionist plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

Responsibilities:

• Answer calls from customers to: type up estimates, answer questions regarding current jobs, re-direct calls to estimators
• Call customers to encourage them to write google reviews
• Call customers to follow up on their estimates
• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Perform the weekly cleaning tasks

Requirements:

• Experience in a receptionist or customer service role
• Excellent typing and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
