Our agency opened in 2012 and has built a strong reputation for serving our customers and community. My journey into the industry started through a family connection, my mother-in-law is a State Farm agent and introduced me to the opportunity, which ultimately led me to build my own agency.

I’m a graduate of UCLA and a proud husband and parent of two. As a family, we love to travel and spend quality time together. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Daniel Andrade - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  • Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
  • Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
  • Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS: 
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
