Tender Heart Animal Clinic is looking for a Veterinary Receptionist who brings kindness, confidence, and great communication to every client and every pet. If you love helping people, enjoy a fastpaced environment, and want to be part of a compassionate, supportive team, we’d love to meet you.

 What You’ll Do

  • Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism
  • Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage daily workflow
  • Check clients in and out with accuracy and care
  • Maintain medical records and handle client communications
  • Support the veterinary team with smooth, efficient frontdesk operations
  • Provide comfort, reassurance, and clear information to pet owners
