Front Desk & Client Experience Coordinator – Boutique Massage Studio
Corte Madera, Marin County • Part-Time • $20–$24/hour
We’re looking for a warm, reliable, and organized person to join our small, high-quality massage and wellness studio. This role is all about creating a calm, welcoming experience for our clients while keeping the daily flow of the studio running smoothly.
Hours: Part-time, including weekends required (20–25 hours/week)
What You’ll Do
- Greet clients and create a professional, welcoming first impression
- Manage scheduling, online bookings, and appointment changes
- Communicate with clients by phone, text, and email
- Process payments and memberships
- Support therapists with room coordination and light studio organization
- Help keep systems organized and running smoothly
Skills & Experience
- Knowledge of Mindbody software is a huge plus
- Experience in a medical, chiropractic, massage, or spa setting is a huge plus
- Comfortable with technology, scheduling platforms, and basic office tasks
- Strong communication skills—friendly, clear, and professional
- Able to multitask in a calm, focused way
