Job Purpose:
- The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing a warm and welcoming environment. This role is essential in ensuring smooth and efficient operations by managing front desk activities, including greeting guests, handling inquiries, and coordinating communication between departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for meetings and conference rooms.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office records.
- Coordinate with facility management for any office maintenance or repair needs.
- Support the team with additional clerical duties as required.
