Sunrise Services is seeking a Recruiter to join the HR Team!

Duties & Responsibilities:

 
  • As instructed by the HR Director; collaborate and implement company recruitment program by: researching recruiting strategies, recruiting applicants to fill specific staff positions necessary to support clients, track job openings by client, site and program, write job postings, prepare and place ads, prepare and send mailings, design recruitments fliers and application materials, respond to applicant questions, represent the company at job fairs.
  • Expand and increase recruiting networks, contacts and resources to strengthen the company’s strategic vision for obtaining and sustaining the best possible employees for each individual available position. 
  • Adhere to and promote the company’s affirmative action/equal opportunity employment efforts: monitor recruitment efforts for compliance with plan and current laws, collect and process affirmative action data, prepare required reports, respond to complaints of harassment or unlawful discrimination. 
  • Track time to fill metrics.
  • Ensure job descriptions properly support client choice and self-determination.
  • Write and edit reports, letters, and other documents for HR Director on employment-recruiting related issues.
  • Keep client interests and needs a central focus on all recruiting matters.
  • Collaborate with HR Director and Hiring Managers in the area of contemporary recruitment trends and best practices.  
  •  Assist with onboarding of new hires.
  • Ability to drive to job fairs and Sunrise locations as needed.  Mileage reimbursement will be offered. Therefore, must have a current and valid WA state driver's license.

Wage:

 

  • $20.77 - $25/hour
  • All wages depend on applicable experience, license, and education.

 

Schedule: 

 

  • Monday - Friday, full-time
  • 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

 

Requirements: 

 

 

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.  Bachelor’s degree related to Business or Human Resources preferred.
  • Previous Human Resource experience required
  • 2-3 years' experience as a recruiter in a 300+ employee company
  • DSHS background clearance required.
  • Current valid WA State Driver’s License required.
