Your Day-to-Day

In this role, you will:

  • Process referrals for CFH patients to outside specialists
  • Coordinate diagnostic orders and follow-up care
  • Communicate with providers to support coordination of care
  • Identify appropriate specialists based on patient needs and insurance coverage
  • Schedule appointments and ensure timely referral processing
  • Prepare and transmit referral documentation to specialists and insurance companies
  • Obtain prior authorizations for specialty services
  • Maintain accurate documentation and uphold confidentiality standards

 

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Previous medical office experience preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of insurance processes and referral coordination
  • Strong computer skills and ability to maintain accurate documentation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
