Position Details: 

Certus Healthcare is seeking an experienced Long Term Care admissions Coordinator, Hospital Liaison, or Business Development professional to join our team in a Regional Business Development Liaison position! 

This position will be responsible for a single community, Aristocrat Berea Healthcare & Rehabilitation and associated referring hospitals and community referral sources. Within this region, you will work with our communities on business development plans, new business contacts and connections, networking with community partners, visiting major hospital systems to create a partnership for patient care, as well as referral management and conversion. 

This position has a starting negotiable salary of $85,000

Requirements

We are looking for someone who:

  • Someone who is able to gather, analyze and strategize sales plans based on data
  • well versed in community marketing
  • Has experience in developing strategies to communicate and connect with healthcare providers
  • Prior experience in business development
  • Can develop a book of business, create and develop relationships.
  • Previous sales experience preferably selling intangible services for a skilled nursing facility
  • A combination of business-to-business sales, and business to consumer sales experience preferred
  • Experience, understanding of a skilled nursing environment for both short term and long term
  • Willing and able to travel the service area to pay visits and make sales calls
  • Self-motivated and able to complete work in an unsupervised environment
