Job Description

AOM Healthcare is seeking a Regional Director of Business Development to oversee census growth and referral development across the South Region. This leadership role will support multiple facilities and work closely with Administrators and Admissions teams to strengthen hospital relationships, increase referrals, and drive occupancy.

Facilities in this region include Springfield, Greenfield, Wellston, Piketon, Kenton, and Lucasville.

The ideal candidate is a strong relationship builder with a proven background in regional healthcare marketing or business development within the skilled nursing or post-acute care environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee business development strategy across multiple facilities in the South Region
• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, case managers, and referral sources
• Support and guide Admissions and Marketing teams within each building
• Identify opportunities to grow census and improve referral conversion
• Track referral data, hospital partnerships, and regional performance metrics
• Collaborate with facility leadership on census strategy and growth initiatives
• Represent the organization at networking events and community outreach opportunities

Qualifications
• Prior regional business development or regional marketing experience required
• Skilled Nursing Facility or post-acute care experience strongly preferred
• Proven track record of building hospital and referral relationships
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to travel between facilities within the region
• Highly organized with a strategic, growth-oriented mindset
