Regional Director of Marketing and Census Development

As a Regional Director of Marketing and Census Development, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and leading the marketing and census development efforts for our Southern, AL locations.

About the Role:

As a Regional Director of Marketing and Census Development, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to increase census, improve market share, and advance our brand reputation. You will lead a team of marketing and census development professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure the success of our initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to achieve business objectives

  • Lead and support a team of marketing and census development professionals

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate marketing strategies into overall business plans

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges

  • Design and execute promotional campaigns to increase census and improve market share

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including referral sources, partners, and community leaders

  • Analyze and report on marketing efforts, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry

  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies and census growth

  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams

  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on results-oriented performance

  • This position requires over-night travel to locations in south Alabama

Base Salary Range: $70K-$80K
