Job Description

Regional Director of Operations 

ALIYA Healthcare Consulting is seeking an experienced Regional Director of Operations to join our team on the north side of Chicago. As a key member of our leadership team, the Regional Director of Operations will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our healthcare facilities, ensuring exceptional patient care, and driving business growth. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Oversee daily operations of multiple healthcare facilities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies 

  • Develop and implement effective operational strategies to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes 

  • Foster a culture of excellent patient care, encouraging collaboration and open communication among staff members 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals 

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs 

  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and other financial reports 

  • Provide leadership and guidance to facility managers and staff, ensuring proper training and development 

  • Collaborate with other department leaders to drive company-wide initiatives and strategic planning 

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in healthcare operations management, preferably in a leadership role 

  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth and improving patient outcomes 

  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement 

  • Active Illinois NHA license
