Delta Staffing LLC is seeking an experienced Regional Director of Therapy to oversee therapy operations across multiple skilled nursing facilities in the region. This is a full-time leadership role focused on strengthening performance, improving consistency, and supporting a strong in-house therapy model across the buildings.

This role is focused on oversight, operations, and support across multiple buildings, rather than day-to-day treating.

Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing therapy operations across multiple facilities

• Supporting local leadership and rehab teams

• Monitoring staffing, scheduling, productivity, and department performance

• Overseeing compliance, documentation, and reimbursement-related processes

• Creating consistency across buildings

• Traveling between locations as needed

Requirements:

• Strong therapy leadership experience in SNF/LTC

• Multi-site oversight experience preferred

• Strong understanding of rehab operations, compliance, and reimbursement

• Ability to travel between locations as needed
