We’re looking for a Regional Operations Director to lead operations across our Ohio centers. This role focuses on driving performance, maximizing capacity, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations across multiple locations.

Travel between centers in Cleveland and Columbus, OH is required.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily operations, staffing, and facility management

• Ensure centers operate at or near full capacity

• Track and improve key metrics (utilization, attendance, staffing)

• Lead and support operational staff across sites

• Partner with clinical and executive leadership to align operations

• Implement scalable processes and improve efficiency

• Support growth through staffing, scheduling, and client acquisition efforts
