Job Description

Regional Recruiter – Florida

Vertex Premier Hotel Services
Base Location: Orlando, FL
Schedule: Full-Time, Onsite with Travel
Pay: $55,000 annually
Benefits: Medical, Dental, 401(k)

Vertex Premier Hotel Services is seeking a Regional Recruiter to support our growing hospitality operations throughout Florida. This role is based in Orlando, FL, but will support properties across the state, including regular travel within the Orlando Metro area and occasional travel to other Florida markets as needed.

This position is ideal for a bilingual recruiting professional who is highly organized, community-focused, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly and leadership positions across Florida.
  • Create, manage, and update job postings across recruiting platforms, community boards, and local outreach channels.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future staffing needs.
  • Organize and attend job fairs, hiring events, and community recruiting events.
  • Develop relationships with public labor institutions, workforce development offices, community organizations, local schools, churches, and other trusted community partners.
  • Recruit within the communities where our employees live and work.
  • Screen candidates, schedule interviews, coordinate hiring steps, and communicate clearly with applicants and hiring managers.
  • Support onboarding, new hire paperwork, and orientation for new employees.
  • Ensure candidates complete all required hiring documents and onboarding steps in a timely manner.
  • Partner with operations leaders to understand staffing needs, urgency, and role requirements.
  • Track recruiting activity, candidate flow, hiring progress, and onboarding completion.
  • Represent Vertex professionally at all recruiting and community events.
  • Maintain compliance with company hiring practices and employment requirements.

Requirements

  • Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Must be based in or near Orlando, FL.
  • Must be able to work onsite and travel throughout Florida as needed.
  • Flexible mindset with a willingness to support other regions as needed.
  • Prior recruiting, staffing, HR, hospitality, or high-volume hiring experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable speaking with candidates, community partners, and operations leaders.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple openings, candidates, and deadlines at once.
  • Experience with job boards, applicant tracking systems, or HR systems preferred.
  • Must be professional, dependable, and able to work independently.
  • Hospitality, housekeeping, staffing, or service industry experience is a plus.
