This position is based out of Wausau, WI

K Way is the private fleet for Kolbe & Kolbe Millwork Co., Inc., hauling premium windows and doors nationwide. We value our drivers and strive to create a supportive, long-term environment—our current drivers average over 23 years of service! All routes are out-and-back with guaranteed time off in between. Most runs have you home weekly, while West Coast routes run 10–11 days out with 3–4 days at home. We’ll do our best to accommodate your preferred lanes, but some flexibility is appreciated.

What We Offer

• Competitive pay package made up of mileage, hourly, and drop pay.
• Average driver made $98,000 last year, with 40% making over $100,000. Expect to make $90,000-$95,000 year one.
