Louis Vuitton is seeking a highly motivated, curious, and visionary Regional VM Manager. Reporting to the Regional VM Director, you will be a key ambassador of the Brand, ensuring that every visual presentation across your region reflects the unparalleled Louis Vuitton promise. By inspiring your teams to meticulously implement visual strategies and collaborating effectively, you will elevate the client experience within our stores and reinforce the Brand's prestigious image, while also contributing to sustained business growth.


Job responsibilities

As a Regional VM Manager, you will be instrumental in elevating our brand's visual presence, ensuring exceptional standards across your stores:

  • Lead Visual Strategy & Implementation: Drive the execution of innovative visual merchandising concepts and store zonings, ensuring timely and consistent implementation for all product categories and business events.

  • Collaborate & Coordinate: Partner closely with Regional VM Director, Managers, and store teams, coordinating window installations and display changes, and proposing alternative products when necessary.

  • Ensure Brand Excellence: Guarantee all visual merchandising needs are met, upholding corporate directives and brand image standards, while managing photo submissions and incorporating feedback from NY corporate teams.

  • Team Development & Mentorship: Identify, onboard, and develop visual talent within the region, setting clear expectations and fostering skill growth to support strong succession planning.

  • Strategic Impact: Contribute to the development and execution of VM strategies that significantly enhance client engagement and drive sales in designated stores.

The appointed candidate will be offered a salary within the range of USD $110,000 - $130,000 annually, plus the opportunity for a bonus, a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and two retirement plans both with employer contributions
