Position Overview

  • Employment Category: Part-Time

  • Schedule: Wednesday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Compensation: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour (Depending on experience)

Job Responsibilities

As a Registered Dental Assistant, you will play a crucial role in our clinical flow and patient experience. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include standard RDA functions such as:

  • Providing high-quality chairside assisting for comprehensive general, cosmetic, and family dentistry procedures.

  • Preparing and breaking down treatment rooms efficiently, adhering to strict infection control and OSHA guidelines.

  • Taking digital X-rays and intra-oral photographs; assisting with advanced diagnostic imaging.

  • Fabricating temporary crowns, placing matrices/wedges, and performing other legal RDA duties.

  • Educating patients on postoperative care and oral hygiene instructions with a warm, comforting demeanor.

  • Managing clinical supplies, tracking lab cases, and ensuring equipment is properly maintained.


Required & Preferred Qualifications

  • Active California RDA License (Required)

  • X-ray and Coronal Polish Certifications (Required)

  • Current CPR/BLS Certification (Required)

  • Prior Clinical Experience: Previous experience working as an RDA is required to hit the ground running with our fast-paced team.

  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with modern dental software and digital technology is highly preferred.

  • Soft Skills: A positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a genuine passion for patient comfort and team collaboration.
