Job Details:

• We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented healthcare professional to perform comprehensive assessments for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with care standards. 
• The role includes oversight and approval of LPN-conducted client assessments, ensuring clinical integrity. 
• Additionally, the individual will be responsible for reviewing and signing off on documentation and care notes submitted through the EVV (Electronic Visit Verification) system, maintaining accuracy and regulatory compliance. 
• Strong clinical judgement, documentation skills, and a thorough understanding of home care or healthcare protocols are essential for success in this role.
