- Provide high-quality nursing care to clients in their homes.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and document patient progress and changes in condition.
- Educate patients and families on health management and care procedures.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of nursing activities.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of South Carolina.
- Previous experience in home health care or similar settings preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to patient-centered care.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Basic life support (BLS) certification required.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
