The Role



The Registered Nurse will provide professional nursing care for fertility patients, assisting with case management, cycle coordination, patient education, and treatment planning. This role includes counseling patients, performing procedures, and collaborating closely with physicians and the IVF Coordinator to ensure seamless care.



Responsibilities




  • Perform patient assessments, including vital signs, phlebotomy, and ultrasounds.

  • Educate and counsel patients on treatment protocols, medications, and procedures.

  • Manage OI/IUI cycles and support IVF treatment plans.

  • Provide phone triage and report lab results to patients.

  • Assist with IVF retrievals, transfers, and intrauterine inseminations.

  • Coordinate patient scheduling and documentation in compliance with clinical protocols.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked clinical environment.



What We're Looking For




  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.

  • Current Florida RN license and BLS certification.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and patient care skills.



Schedule



Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with occasional weekends and holidays as needed.
