We’re Looking for RNs Who:

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support CNAs to ensure exceptional resident care

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders

• Maintain accurate documentation for admissions, transfers, and discharges

• Conduct daily rounds and respond promptly to resident needs

• Promote a safe, clean, and comforting environment

What You Need to Succeed:

• Active RN license in Illinois

• Ability to meet state Health Care Worker Background Check requirements

• A genuine passion for senior care

• Knowledge of health and safety protocols

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
