Job Description​

The Opportunity:

We are hiring a full-time RN for our Infusion Clinic Float Pool team. This is a day shift position.

This position will float between all of our 4 main locations. These locations are at the Plaza, Lee's Summit, North Kansas City and Overland Park and our clinics in Liberty and Warrensburg.

The Work:

  • In hospital setting, accountable for utilizing the nursing process.

  • Responsible for performing patient care, delegating patient care tasks and for supervision of other patient care staff.

  • Responsible for coordinating the plan of care for a group of assigned patients and consulting with other members of the health care team when indicated to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

  • This nurse demonstrates proficiency and abides by policies, rules, guidelines and procedures.

  • Strong time management, teamwork, communication and multi-tasking skills are important to be successful in this position.

  • Previous experience with infusion strongly preferred.
