Schedule: Day/Night Rotation, Every 3rd weekend, Holiday Rotation
The Med-Surg RN is responsible for the provision of total patient care in accordance with hospital and Med-Surg departmental standards, policies and nursing practice Standards of Care.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse with current license to practice in state of Iowa
- BSN preferred
- Previous acute care experienced preferred
- Ability to provide safe and effective professional nursing care
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with healthcare team
- Ability to role model positive attitude and promote healthy work environment
- Confidentiality of medical, personal and financial information gained in position must be maintained according to hospital and departmental policy
