Job Overview
Integrity In-Home Care LLC is seeking a dependable and motivated Registered Nurse (PRN) to complete in-person supervisory and assessment visits for our non-medical home care clients. This position is ideal for a nurse looking for flexible, as-needed work with immediate start availability.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-person client assessments and supervisory visits
- Complete required documentation accurately and timely
- Ensure caregivers are following care plans and company policies
- Communicate updates with office staff and care team
- Travel to client homes in Aiken, Barnwell, and surrounding areas
Important Notes
- This is a non-medical home care agency
- No hands-on medical care is required
- Visits are primarily oversight, assessments, and compliance-based
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in South Carolina
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Must be available to start immediately
Compensation
- $60 per visit
