Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor

The Vineyards at Fowler is seeking a compassionate, organized, and clinically skilled Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team. The RN Supervisor is responsible for overseeing nursing operations, ensuring high-quality resident care, supporting nursing staff, and maintaining compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations.

Schedule

• Full-Time or Part-Time Available

• 8-Hour Shifts

• Day Shift and Night Shift Opportunities Available

• Weekend Rotation as Needed

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support licensed nurses and certified nursing assistants during assigned shifts.

• Ensure residents receive quality nursing care in accordance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies.

• Assess residents' conditions and respond appropriately to changes in status.

• Monitor medication administration and treatment documentation for accuracy and compliance.

• Assist with admissions, transfers, discharges, and resident assessments.

• Investigate incidents and complete required documentation and follow-up.

• Serve as a clinical resource and mentor for nursing staff.

• Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members.

• Participate in quality assurance and infection prevention initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in California.

• Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility, Long-Term Care, or Subacute setting preferred.

• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

• Strong assessment, clinical, and critical thinking skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
