ProgressiveHealth is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our growing occupational health team in Casa Grande, AZ. This attractive part-time opportunity offers the chance to support employees in a state-of-the-art industrial environment while delivering high-quality clinical care, injury management, health services, and wellness support onsite.


What You’ll Do:

  • Provide on-site initial treatment and care for work-related injuries and limited personal illnesses/injuries
  • Conduct surveillance testing
  • Perform drug screenings in accordance with company protocols
  • Assist with case management activities, including direct support for disability and workers’ compensation claims
  • Support workers’ compensation incident reviews and investigations alongside the EHS team
  • Provide general health support and education, including blood pressure checks, lunch-and-learn sessions, and special health events/programs, while assisting with medical/benefit-related needs
  • Maintain thorough and accurate clinic and patient documentation
  • Work collaboratively with the assigned Medical Director to support required nursing oversight and consultative needs

 

Part-time Schedule:

  • Tuesday & Thursday, 6am-4pm

You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent for a Registered Nurse
  • The required state licensure, certification, and registration that is in good standing with the state or the ability to obtain the required state licensure
  • CPR/AED/BLS (basic life support) certification or the ability to obtain it prior to start of employment; maintain and provide proof of current certification(s)
  • Greater than one-year work experience, specifically in an occupational health setting preferred
  • The ability to stand, walk, and sit throughout entire assigned shift
  • A high degree of professionalism in both written and verbal communication
  • The ability to work both independently and in a team environment, without constant supervision
  • Be able to maintain confidentiality
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with databases and with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
