Summary

We are seeking a skilled Private Duty Nurse to join our team in delivering exceptional nursing care to clients in their homes. This role is crucial in supporting our mission of providing high-quality, personalized care that enhances the quality of life for our clients.


Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to clients in their homes.
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Monitor vital signs and report any changes in patient condition.
  • Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
  • Educate clients and families on health management and wellness strategies.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with all health regulations and standards.

Qualifications

  • Valid nursing RN license in the State of Tennessee
  • Current valid driver's license
  • Proven experience in critical care or home health nursing.
  • Strong assessment, clinical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Experience with IV infusion and medication administration preferred.
  • Knowledge of geriatric care practices is a plus.
  • CPR certification 
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
