Your Role:

Provide compassionate nursing care with dignity and respect for residents
Coordinate and oversee quality care services during assigned shifts
Administer medications and treatments within your scope of practice
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to maintain standards of care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident care
Support resident independence through restorative care practices
Ensure resident comfort, safety, and emotional well-being
Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes appropriately
Maintain professionalism, reliability, and punctuality for assigned shifts
Perform additional duties as assigned by management in a resident-centered care environment

Who We’re Looking For:

Current Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license required
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Caring, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
Passionate about providing personalized resident care
Strong communication and leadership skills
Dependable with reliable attendance and professionalism
Motivated to grow professionally within long-term care
