Your Role:

  • Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents

  • Coordinate and ensure quality care services are delivered consistently

  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support positive resident outcomes

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all care provided

  • Encourage restorative care and resident independence

  • Advocate for residents while promoting dignity, comfort, and safety

  • Work cooperatively with the interdisciplinary team to maintain excellent standards of care

  • Support a positive and resident-centered environment

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Illinois

  • Passionate about patient care and teamwork
