River Valley Nursing Home is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our in-house nursing team. We are agency-free, which means you’ll work with a consistent, supportive team that values your skills and commitment to resident care.

RN Responsibilities

• Provide direct, compassionate nursing care to residents

• Safely administer medications and treatments

• Monitor, assess, and document resident conditions

• Maintain accurate medical records and care plans

• Report changes in resident status to physicians and leadership

• Collaborate with LPNs, STNAs, physicians, and families

RN Requirements

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Kentucky (required)

• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail

• Reliable and team-oriented with a passion for quality care
