RN Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and care plans
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes promptly
- Support and supervise CNAs and nursing staff
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Help foster a welcoming, team-oriented environment for residents, families, and staff
Qualifications
- Active North Carolina RN License
- Current CPR Certification
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Long-term care or rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required
