Safety Management Systems has an exciting opportunity for Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team and make a direct impact on patient care while enjoying a unique 7 days on / 7 days off schedule. What You'll Do

As a key member of our team, you will:

  • Conduct patient assessments, triage, and clinical evaluations to support timely, effective care
  • Administer medications and treatments in accordance with provider orders and established protocols
  • Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to acute or emergent medical needs
  • Support intake screenings, discharge planning, and continuity-of-care initiatives
  • Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation and nursing records
  • Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, medical staff, and operational teams
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and organizational clinical standards
  • Deliver culturally competent, trauma-informed care that promotes patient trust and positive outcomes
  • Assist with emergency response efforts, stabilization, and crisis intervention when needed

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
  • Ability to perform effectively in structured, high-volume healthcare environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
