What You'll Do
As a key member of our team, you will:
- Conduct patient assessments, triage, and clinical evaluations to support timely, effective care
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with provider orders and established protocols
- Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to acute or emergent medical needs
- Support intake screenings, discharge planning, and continuity-of-care initiatives
- Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation and nursing records
- Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, medical staff, and operational teams
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and organizational clinical standards
- Deliver culturally competent, trauma-informed care that promotes patient trust and positive outcomes
- Assist with emergency response efforts, stabilization, and crisis intervention when needed
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Ability to perform effectively in structured, high-volume healthcare environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
