We are seeking an experienced, empathetic, and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our multidisciplinary team and make a meaningful impact on our community.

Position Overview

You will work closely with therapists, psychiatrists, and case managers to monitor patient progress, manage medications, and ensure a safe therapeutic environment. This position offers an excellent work-life balance with a Monday through Friday schedule and absolutely no overnight shifts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and manage medications, monitor for side effects, and ensure strict adherence to safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to develop, implement, and update individualized patient care plans.
  • Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation when necessary, ensuring the safety of residents and staff.
  • Educate residents and their families on health wellness, psychiatric diagnoses, and medication compliance.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential electronic health records (EHR) in compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to support the facility during off-hours.

  • Licensure: Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arizona (or compact license).
  • Experience: Minimum of 18 months of nursing experience required. Experience in behavioral health, mental health, or substance abuse treatment settings is strongly preferred.
  • Certifications: Current BLS/CPR certification required. Crisis prevention/de-escalation training (e.g., CPI) is a plus.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual in Spanish and English is highly preferred, though not required.
  • Skills: Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, and a compassionate, non-judgmental approach to patient care.
