Nurse (RN or LPN) – Women’s Health

Position Summary

Symbios Health is seeking a compassionate, professional, and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who aligns with our mission of providing individualized, high-quality care. This role is ideal for a nurse who is kind, attentive, and patient-centered, with a strong commitment to professionalism, hygiene, and presentation.

The ideal candidate is reliable, efficient, and passionate about women’s health, particularly hormonal and preventive care, while also being comfortable caring for male patients as part of a comprehensive wellness practice. Experience in gynecology or endocrinology is a plus but not required; a willingness to learn and grow within our model of care is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver compassionate, individualized nursing care that reflects Symbios Health’s commitment to whole-person wellness

  • Support providers in women’s health, hormone optimization, preventive care, and wellness services

  • Perform clinical duties including patient intake, vital signs, injections, phlebotomy, and accurate documentation

  • Educate patients with clarity, empathy, and respect, empowering them to participate actively in their care

  • Maintain a clean, organized clinical environment that meets Symbios Health’s quality and safety standards

  • Uphold professionalism in appearance, communication, and conduct, reinforcing patient trust and confidence

  • Contribute to efficient clinic operations while preserving a calm, welcoming, and unrushed patient experience

  • Collaborate closely with clinical and administrative team members to ensure continuity of care and operational excellence

  • Provide respectful, professional care to male patients in alignment with Symbios Health’s inclusive care model

Qualifications

  • Active RN or LPN license in good standing

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Compassionate, respectful, and discreet approach to patient care

  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work efficiently in a clinical setting

  • Attention to detail with consistent, accurate clinical documentation

  • Comfort discussing sensitive health topics with empathy and professionalism

  • Experience in women’s health, gynecology, endocrinology, or hormone-focused care is a plus, but not required
