This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT), or Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) who enjoys making a difference in the lives of older adults while developing their leadership skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited program in:

• • Physical Therapy (PT)
  • Occupational Therapy (OT)
  • Speech-Language Pathology (SLP)
• Current state licensure required
• Previous Rehab Director or management experience is a plus, but not required
• Skilled Nursing and/or Outpatient experience preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
