Ready to change lives from your couch (or wherever you like)?

Coyne & Associates is calling! Join us as a Remote Bilingual BCBA Program Supervisorwhere youll make a big impact on little lives, all while enjoying the perks of remote work (hello, pajama pants!).

Candidates must have held a current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification for at least three years and demonstrate fluency in Spanish.

Why Coyne?

Weve been making a difference for over 20 years, but were still small enough that youll never feel like just another cog in the machine. With about 300 employees, youll actually get to know your team, collaborate, and be part of a close-knit, meaningful environment. Were also owned by BCBAs, which means we understand exactly what you need to thrive in this role.

Weve got some serious bragging rights too: one of the highest-rated ABA agencies on Glassdoor and a multi-year Top Workplace winner, including 2023 Top Workplace USA. Plus, we dont just train our staffwe train them right. Your technicians wont be stuck behind a screen for their training; theyll be in the home, learning hands-on in real-life sessions. And yes, they get paid their full rate during training (because we know how to keep great people around!).

Whats in it for you?

  • Competitive Pay: $88,000 - $95,000/year (DOE)because excellence deserves compensation.

  • Work-Life Balance that Works: Manageable caseloads mean you can actually have a life outside of work.

  • Monthly Team Meetings: Focused convos and open-floor collaborationbecause were all in this together.

  • Dedicated Scheduling Team: You handle the supervision, they handle the scheduling. Less stress, more success.

  • Up to 22 days of PTO per year + 10 paid holidaysplenty of time to recharge.

  • A shiny new MacBook and iPhone.

  • Paid Professional Development & free CEUskeep learning without spending.

  • A supportive, compassionate team that celebrates every win (and trust us, there will be a lot of them).

Your Role:

Even though youll be 100% remote, youll still oversee in-home programs for kids, making sure theyre getting the best possible care. And yes, you might need to swing by for occasional in-person training (Safety-Care, onboarding), but day-to-day? You call the shots from home. Programs typically run from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Pacific Time, Monday through Saturday.

Your Superpowers:

  • Fluent in Spanish and Englishyou can toggle between both effortlessly.

  • BCBA-certified for at least 3 years (youve got the experience to lead).

  • Youre a case management masterhandling kids from 12 months to 12 years with confidence, no matter the challenges.

The Fine Print:

  • Must submit a transcript showing your Masters degree & BCBA Certification

  • Willing to submit fingerprints for DOJ and FBI clearance (well cover it).

  • Keep your TB test and BLS training up-to-date.

  • Adhere to HIPAA and all relevant safety, hiring, and discrimination laws (because we do things by the book).

At Coyne, weve got over two decades of experience, but were still small enough that your contributions matter. If youre ready to join a flexible, remote team that truly values you, your skills, and your work-life balance, apply today!

Compensation: Pay range represents a good-faith estimate the Company reasonably expects to pay at time of hire. Based on position, employees may also be eligible for incentives, drive time pay, mileage reimbursement, overtime pay in accordance with state and federal laws, last minute cancellation pay, 401k benefits, health benefits, paid time off, holiday pay and paid sick leave in accordance with state and local laws.
