We Are Hiring Client Support Specialists

Location: White River Junction, Vermont, 72 South Main Street
Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4 pm

About the role:

The best Client Support Specialists are genuinely excited to help customers. They’re patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. Customer service representatives can put themselves in their customers’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary. Problem-solving comes naturally to customer care specialists. They are confident at troubleshooting and investigate if they don’t have enough information to resolve customer complaints. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.

What you will do:

  • Answer Incoming phone calls, return phone calls related to timesheet issues, problems or other requests
  • Retrieve and process requests from FEA and Time Sheet voicemail
  • Mail out timesheets, packets, schedules, envelopes and any other requested information
  • Research and handle issues with timesheets, payments, budgets or other requests
  • Print and mail reports
  • Open and sort incoming mail
  • Provide information about products and services

Requirements

What you bring:

  • High School Diploma
  • Experience in Customer Service and Clerical Duties
  • Effective Communication
  • Computer skills (Windows, MS Office Suite and Agency supported software)
  • Develop and Maintain positive relationships with Customers, Agencies and Employees
  • Ability to Maintain Confidentiality

Summary

Physical demands/Working Conditions:

·         Predominately sedentary office position with high frequency of keyboarding/computer work required.

·         The physical demands are minimal and typical of similar jobs in comparable organizations.
