Requirements
- BA/MA
- Property and Casualty state license
- Life & Accident CA state license
- FINRA licenses: Series 6, 7, 63 & or 65
- Previous property & casualty sales experience
- Prior military service (owner is a USMC Vet) and would love to help a vet looking for an opportunity to better their life post service.
- Some level of past excellence
Responsibilities
You are being offered the role of insurance agent as part of a structured 90-day onboarding and evaluation period. During this time, you will receive targeted training, engage in client outreach, and develop core competencies in quoting, sales, and objection handling. Your performance will be assessed against clear benchmarks designed to identify readiness for Insurance producer status.
This role is intended to accelerate your development while ensuring alignment with our agency’s standards of professionalism, client care, and results-driven culture. Upon successful completion of the 90-day probationary period, you MAY be invited to transition into a permanent Agency Producer role with expanded responsibilities and opportunities for advancement within the agency.
